1. Who we are

2. What you are buying

A personalized astrology reading, created from the birth details you provide and delivered as a PDF by email. It is digital content — no physical product is shipped.

Readings are for personal insight and reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

3. Price and payment

The price is the one displayed at checkout, in US dollars. VAT is not charged (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

4. Delivery

Your reading is sent to the email address you give at checkout, usually within an hour of submitting your birth details. If it has not arrived after that (check your spam folder first), write to hello@karmic-link.com.

Your reading is generated from the birth details you submit. You are responsible for their accuracy — a reading based on the details you provided is a delivered reading.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

Because your reading is digital content delivered immediately, you consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Independently of that, we offer a voluntary guarantee: full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for both.

6. Liability

Astrology readings are interpretive by nature. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a reading is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow us to limit.

7. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

If something goes wrong, write to hello@karmic-link.com first, with the email address you used at checkout. Most issues are settled that way, and our 7-day refund guarantee covers the simplest of them.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be brought before the courts of Paris, France. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own place of residence.
