1. Our 7-day guarantee

Not what you expected? Full refund within 7 days of your purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@karmic-link.com from the address you used at checkout, and we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

2. Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, the law provides an exception: at checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose this right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

If that consent was not collected, the 14-day right applies. To exercise it, send an unambiguous statement to hello@karmic-link.com. You may use this model:

“I hereby withdraw from my contract for the reading ordered on [date], purchased under [your name] with [your email address].”

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to your original payment method.

3. Both apply

Our 7-day guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee. It adds to, and never limits, your statutory rights.
