Karmic Link

Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Brissy Tamany Bagou, operating Karmic Link as a sole proprietor in France. For anything related to your data, email hello@karmic-link.com.

2. What we collect

  • Order data: your name, email address, billing address and payment metadata. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
  • Reading data: for each person in the reading, their first name, birth date, birth time and birth city (with its coordinates).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser information and cookies (see section 8).

3. Why we use it

  • To generate and deliver your reading, and to answer your requests — performance of our contract.
  • To keep billing records — legal obligation.
  • To secure the service and prevent fraud — legitimate interest.
  • To measure our advertising — only with your consent (see section 8).

4. The second person

A reading involves the birth details of a second person, provided by you. By submitting them, you confirm you may share them with us. We use them only to produce your reading. That person can exercise all the rights in section 7 by writing to hello@karmic-link.com.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to run Karmic Link, each limited to its role: hosting and infrastructure, database and file storage, payment processing, astrological computation, AI text generation, email delivery and workflow automation, and — only with your consent — advertising measurement.

Some of these providers are located in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to deliver your reading and provide support, and billing records for as long as the law requires. You can request deletion at any time (section 7).

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@karmic-link.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French authority (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies (payment, session) are required for the site to work and need no consent. One optional tool, the Meta Pixel, helps us measure our advertising: it runs only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, no advertising cookie is set and no tracking event is sent.

To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser — the banner will ask again on your next visit.
